1. Where is the data hosted?

Your data is hosted in Switzerland on Swiss Data Guard servers.

2. Who manages what between SDG and us?

Swiss Data Guard takes care of the security and maintenance of your platform. You can concentrate on your tasks.

3. Can Entra ID/SSO be connected?

Nextcloud is fully compatible with M365 and market standards for corporate directories.

4. How does migration from Windows/M365/Google shares work?

Nextcloud allows you to connect to your external environments so you can easily move your data.

5. Can we segment by departments/entities?

Fine-grained permissions enable you to create secure access.

6. What support options / SLAs / backups are available?

Backups are performed hourly and stored for 36 hours. We then store one backup per day for one week, one per month for six months, and finally one per year for two years.
